Essential Job Function:
- Reviews clinical procedures, protocols, and practices to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provides direct patient care; conducts comprehensive assessments, administers medications and treatments, and monitors patients' conditions to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high‑quality care delivery and professional development.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, facilitate communication, and promote continuity of care across different healthcare settings.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Required:
Associate Degree in Nursing. - Preferred:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Required:
Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state BLS (CPR)-American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
