We are seeking an experienced HOSPICE CLINICAL MANAGER – RN for the Alamance, Guilford, and Durham regions.

Sign‑on Bonus: $10,000

• Coordinate case management of all patient services.
• Document patient care and staff performance accurately.
• Supervise assigned care staff.
• Assist the Administrator as necessary.
• Provide direct patient care, including case management, Oasis care planning, assigning care staff, and ensuring efficient use of staffing resources.

• Current RN licensure in North Carolina and completion of nursing education at an approved school.
• Minimum three years of clinical nursing experience in diverse settings; hospice experience preferred.
• In‑depth knowledge of hospice/home‑care regulations.
• Ability to independently organize work and provide cost‑effective hospice services with timely, accurate documentation.
• Strong critical‑thinking and communication (oral and written) skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers and common applications.
• CPR certification.
