Registered Nurse (RN)
provides high-quality patient care, ensuring positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practices.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and conditions to deliver appropriate care in their assigned unit.
- Develop individualized nursing care plans by analyzing medical histories, diagnostics, and current conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Reconcile medical records to maintain accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Evaluate patient responses to interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for effective care planning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required;
Bachelor’s preferred. - Minimum of 1 year of RN experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
