Join our team as a QA/QC Technician, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our products. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to conduct inspections, perform tests, and analyze data, all while fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Perform weld inspection on fabrication according to applicable Code and project specifications.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to maintain product consistency and reliability.
• Document and report any quality issues or discrepancies and collaborate with production and engineering teams to address and resolve them.
• Perform routine calibration and maintenance of testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Analyze test data and prepare detailed reports on product quality for management review.
• Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for non-conforming products.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements during testing and inspection processes.
• Participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality management systems and standards.
• Keep up to date with industry best practices and advancements in quality assurance and control technologies.
• Train and mentor production staff on quality control procedures and standards to promote quality awareness and continuous improvement.

• AWS CWI or SNT-TC-1-A VT Level II certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance/quality control in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, processes, and standards.
• Proficient in using quality management software and tools.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and other relevant quality certifications.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and methods.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to perform inspections and audits in various settings.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations in the industry.
