Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.

Job OverviewStocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight, spending the majority of their time in the backroom. They must be able to lift heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds and may need to operate heavy machinery such as forklifts.
