Fashion Sales Advisor & Style Concierge

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI experience where available.
• Engage in conversations with customers to provide a great service experience.
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store.
• Effectively promote and sell products to customers.
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in‑store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial or operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team.
• Keep up‑to‑date with fashion scene, trends, tendencies, styles, brands, products, competitors, and relevant influencers.
• Share relevant product and fashion knowledge with customers.
• Retain and share service, fashion, and store operations knowledge and skills with colleagues.
• Follow all procedures, routines, and legal requirements in all areas of the store.
• Give and receive feedback with colleagues to learn, develop, and support each other.
• Participate in relevant onboarding, introduction processes, trainings, and courses for your role and future development.
• Complete the garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming, ensuring good garment care.
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practice and processes.
• Contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Support garment presentation and maintain attractive merchandise displays, clear trends, and stories according to visual and commercial guidelines.
• Maintain good stock levels with replenishment routines on the sales floor.
• Maintain best practice for in‑store OMNI services and in‑store tech services/tools (Instore Care App, Click & Collect, Smart Store).
• Support opening and closing of the store.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and legal requirements applicable to the role.

• Has sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment that can be applied to this role.
• Experience with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service‑related industries.
