Down Home Harley-Davidson is dedicated to sharing the unparalleled Harley-Davidson lifestyle with our customers. We are seeking a motivated Motorcycle Sales Consultant to join our team in Burlington, North Carolina. This role offers competitive pay ranging from $24,000 to $80,000 annually.

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers on the sales floor and conduct needs analysis including make, type, and features of desired motorcycles.
  • Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation both in the showroom and on the road.
  • Research availability of models and accessories using the computer database.
  • Collaborate with Sales and F&I Managers to negotiate sales price, trade-in allowances, and purchase requirements.
  • Visually inspect inventory regularly by walking the lot.
  • Attend and complete required training sessions and department meetings.
  • Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

  • Minimum of one year sales experience or equivalent training preferred.
