Position OverviewJoin our growing North America Operations Center (NAOC) team as a Dispatcher, where you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the safety and security of people, assets, and operations in North America. You will be responsible for monitoring security systems, dispatching response personnel, and coordinating emergency communication — 24/7/365.
Site LocationToyota Battery Manufacturing Plant – Liberty, NC
Responsibilities- Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
- Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespassers or violators from premises when deemed necessary
- Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals or vehicles
- Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor arrival
- Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
- Monitor and detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and other criminal behavior
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
- Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
- Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking or in possession of prohibited items
- Respond to calls of distress, alarms or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
- Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
- Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
- Other duties to be determined by management
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- High school degree or equivalent
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Valid state security license
- Minimum of one year of security experience
- Must be able to pass pre‑employment screening (background and drug)
- This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time
