Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, while following site protocols and documenting relevant details.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, patient, and staff activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, support orderly operations, and report concerns to the appropriate contacts.;
Support a professional presence throughout the location by communicating with staff and visitors, providing directions when needed, and reporting maintenance, hazards, and/or security-related issues.
