Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate for a healthcare location;
Be 21+ years of age;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general inquiries, and support a professional environment across the location;
Document incidents, patrol activities, and security-related concerns in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal reporting expectations
