Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies throughout the location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, staff, and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to enforce location rules, and document incidents, observations, and/or daily activities according to post guidelines.;
Support emergency response activities, assist with de-escalation when appropriate, and help to direct people during medical, weather, and/or facility-related events.
