Forklift Operator

We have an exciting opening for 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday 4:30pm-1am for a Freezer/Order Selector opening. Pay rate on this direct hire opportunity is $19 per hour. If you are forklift certified and have stand up pallet jack experience while working in a freezer setting. Interviews are happening this week.

Salary: $41,600 - $43,680 per year

An Order/Freezer Selector is responsible for accurately, safely, and efficiently selecting products from warehouse storage slots—specifically within sub-zero freezer and refrigerated environments. Using specialized equipment like stand up electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and voice-to-pick audio systems, the selector builds stable pallets of goods, wraps them, and stages them for outbound shipping. This role requires high physical stamina, precision, and strict adherence to safety and cold-chain regulations.

• Order Selection: Accurately select, count, and stack products (cases, boxes, or pallets) from designated freezer and cooler slots based on customer order sheets or voice-activated picking systems.
