Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems;
Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues;
Complete general building maintenance, including repairs to doors and hardware, lighting systems, plumbing fixtures, HVAC equipment and components;
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and technical drawings;
Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers as needed
