In this role, you’ll support clients from the first point of contact, providing therapy, linking families to resources and helping bridge gaps in care. You’ll work with individuals on the waitlist, offer clinical coverage across programs and partner with community stakeholders to strengthen connections.

• Deliver therapy and support to clients on the waitlist; in their homes, in the community or via telehealth
• Provide crisis intervention and clinical coverage when situations require it
• Connect clients and families with vital community resources and services
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and clinical supervisors to ensure smooth transitions and high‑quality care
• Strengthen relationships with referral sources, community partners and other stakeholders
• Lead or contribute to outreach, education and marketing efforts that promote Amethyst’s programs

• A Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology or a related field
• At least one year of post‑graduate counseling experience
• Bilingual/Spanish fluency is a PLUS

• Interpersonal skills that foster mutual trust, respect and collaboration
• Self‑motivation and initiative; you take ownership of your work and follow through
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
• Comfort providing services in the community (must have reliable transportation)
• Experience supporting youth and families from diverse backgrounds
