Job Summary:

Responsible for receiving, inspecting, documenting, and properly storing incoming materials and products. This position combines clerical receiving duties with hands‑on warehouse responsibilities and requires previous Cherry Picker/order picker experience.

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, and quantity.
• Verify products and materials against purchase orders, packing slips, and receiving documents.
• Enter and maintain receiving information in the company’s inventory or warehouse system.
• Label, organize, and properly store incoming materials.
• Operate a Cherry Picker/Order Picker to retrieve, move, and put away materials.
• Safely operate other powered industrial equipment as authorized.
• Pull and stage materials for production, shipping, or customer orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
• Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other warehouse and receiving duties as assigned.

• Previous receiving or warehouse experience required.
• Cherry Picker/Order Picker experience required.
• Ability to accurately read and complete shipping/receiving paperwork.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter inventory information.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely lift and move materials as required.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
