Sunday-Thursday | Sunday, Monday, Wednesday & Thursday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM, Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM Salary: $70,000 – $73,000 annually Bonus:
Up to 10% based on company performance

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Order Fulfillment Supervisor to oversee second-shift operations within a fast-paced distribution center. This role is responsible for leading the order fulfillment team, maintaining productivity and accuracy standards, coordinating outbound shipments, and ensuring a safe and efficient warehouse operation.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and provide daily direction to second-shift order fulfillment employees.
- Drive individual and team productivity, accuracy, and performance goals.
- Conduct shift meetings and team huddles.
- Interview, hire, coach, and manage second-shift employees.
- Review and approve payroll, PTO, and disciplinary actions.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to improve warehouse processes.
- Monitor productivity standards using the warehouse management system.
- Oversee nightly loading and outbound shipments.
- Ensure proper procedures are followed to minimize picking errors.
- Address product damage and vendor compliance issues.
- Maintain safety standards and conduct routine safety meetings and equipment checks.
- Assist with movement of incoming and outgoing products using hand trucks and material-handling equipment.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Food service distribution or warehouse experience preferred.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse/distribution environment strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and hold employees accountable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active distribution environment.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is beneficial.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements This position works throughout a temperature-controlled distribution center with areas ranging from approximately 70°F to refrigerated and freezer environments as cold as 0°F. The position requires continuous walking and regular physical activity, including bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting merchandise weighing up to 75 pounds.
