Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant
Serve as the lead role in coordinating contract and grant invoice accounting with Finance, Administration and Program departments. This Senior Accounts Receivable Accountant is responsible for billing and collections functions, maintaining accurate accounting system standards, with strong emphasis in contracts and grants accounting.
Responsibilities- Ensure invoices for contracts, grants and miscellaneous services are prepared in accordance with contract terms.
- Support the monthly close process and agency's audit functions.
- Perform account reconciliations.
- Drive process improvement and other department related projects.
- Create training materials and facilitate training on invoice creation, use of accounting software, etc.
- Three years of general accounting experience, skills and/or education, with strong emphasis in accounts receivable and billing.
- Experience working with accounting software.

- Salary starting at $54,640.46
