Winter 2026 Accounting Internship at Johnson Lambert – Burlington, VT
Johnson Lambert is currently seeking Audit Interns who are focused on accounting and plan to achieve the CPA designation. The internship runs from January 2026 to April 2026. Interns will work with clients, receive structured feedback, and receive training on the latest technology used in public accounting.
Learning & NetworkingYou will have the ability to learn from some of the best leaders in the industry. You will earn real‑world experience by working directly with clients and receiving structured feedback from managers. Your internship will include two weeks of training & development to ensure that you are prepared for your first client engagement. Additional training will be provided throughout the program to build both soft and technical skills needed for success.
Qualifications& Selection Process
We look for students actively pursuing a career in public accounting, who have declared a major in accounting and are on their way to CPA eligibility (150 credit hours). Applicants should be actively engaged in organizations and seeking a firm that will help them build leadership and technical skills. The selection process includes an application reviewed by the recruiting team, a phone interview, and an in‑person interview with the practice area and office that aligns with your career goals.
