The Clerk/Treasurer's Office is hiring an Accounting Assistant I - Accounts Payable. This position is primarily responsible for processing and monitoring payments throughout the city’s automated Accounts Payable System (AP), including all internal reporting and ensuring compliance with policy & procedures and clearing cashed checks in the system.
Union Affiliation:
American Federation of State County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME)
Pay Grade 15: $28.65 - $31.92 Hourly
Remote Tier 3:
Up to two (2) days remote/week
Location:
Burlington, VT
