A firm in the financial advisory and investment management industry serving individuals, families, and institutions. They are seeking a Accounting Associate to join their team.

Your day-to-day as a Accounting Associate:

• Manage daily accounting tasks, including data entry and vendor billing processes
• Calculate commissions, process payroll, and track employee time off
• Record and review journal entries, reconcile accounts, and generate monthly financial reports
• Assist with year-end reporting and ensure compliance with industry regulations

Your skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Proficiency with Quick Books and strong understanding of accounting principles
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
