ResponsibilitiesPerform routine to moderately complex administrative functions in support of College Administrative Service, Departments and/or Programs in the areas of budgets and financial transactions, events, faculty assistance, personnel support, and office administration.
Provide administrative support to multiple College, Department and Program areas with an assigned primary focus in the department of Anthropology; assist other areas as needed.
Qualifications- Associate degree in a related area and three years of relevant experience (including coursework in accounting or business).
- Working knowledge of related software applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Effective analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and team‑collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated commitment to overall customer service.
- Experience with People Soft.
$27.13 - $27.65 per hour based on experience.
