School Operations & Systems Manager

Job Description

Rock Point School is seeking an organized, personable Office & Systems Manager to help keep our small, close-knit high school running smoothly. This is a highly collaborative, hands-on role at the center of our school community, supporting daily operations, managing internal systems, and helping coordinate communication across departments.

What You'll Do
Serve as the first point of contact for students, families, staff, and visitors
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative systems
Support communication and coordination across teams
Assist with planning and execution of school events

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time (40 hrs/week)

• Salary range: $43,

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For
3+ years of office management experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort with Google Workspace and learning new systems
Familiarity with tools such as Quick Books, Salesforce, and educational software preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
A collaborative, flexible, and people-oriented approach
