PRISM Office Support Specialist
This role will provide administrative, office management, operational, and programmatic support to the Prism Intercultural Center (PIC) within the Division of Intercultural Excellence. Deliver high-quality support to stakeholders in a dynamic, high-volume, deadline-driven environment that includes frequently changing work and customer support demands. Perform office management duties, liaise with other administrative support and communications positions within the Division, and provide logistical support for Centers.
This position reports to the Director of PIC.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) - Associate degree or commensurate experience with one to three years of related experience required. Demonstrated awareness and connection to issues of inclusive excellence, culture, and social justice required. Effective communication, analytical, and team-collaboration skills required. Proficient in spreadsheet, database, word-processing applications, and communication technologies required. Attention to detail and effective organizational skills required.
Ability to effectively perform duties within deadline-driven environment, with frequently changing customer demands required. Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of university personnel, students, and members of the public required.

Anticipated Pay Range - $22.05 - $24.62/hr
Special Conditions - A probationary period may be required, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), Background Check required for this position
