Medical Student Admissions Support Coordinator

Location:

Burlington, Vermont, United States

Responsibilities

Play a key role in the medical student admission process. Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process, providing clear information on requirements, and ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Coordinate signature admissions events including Interview Day, Closer Look Day, and on-campus recruitment.

Manage application screenings and communications with applicants.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Associate degree with one to three years of related experience.
  • Working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions.
  • Familiarity with Internet resources.
  • Effective organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree and higher education experience.
Pay Range

$23.50 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule and Other Information

Saturdays may be required on 2–4 occasions annually for Interview Days. The position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy.
