Office and Events Coordinator

SENATOR BERNIE SANDERS (I-VT) seeks an energetic, civic-minded individual to serve as an Office and Events Coordinator on his Vermont Staff . This position is responsible for coordinating annual and one-time events hosted by the office throughout the state and provides support for a wide variety of office operations from scheduling to event logistics.

This position closely collaborates with colleagues in our Vermont and DC offices to advance the Senator’s priorities. Strong communication, organization, time and project management skills are required. Experience with event planning and managing multiple, co-occurring projects is highly preferred. A successful candidate will have an appreciation for Vermont, a desire to develop new opportunities to engage with Vermonters, a proven ability to communicate professionally, and a commitment to creative problem-solving in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.

This position requires regular travel throughout Vermont.
