What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our Burlington, Vermont office. This role is well suited for someone who is highly organized, communicates well with a variety of people, and enjoys helping project teams keep complex work moving forward.

The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers and other team members to coordinate day-to-day project activities, maintain project information and documentation, communicate with homeowners and other stakeholders, and help ensure deadlines and project requirements are met.

Responsibilities include
  • Coordinating project activities, schedules, meetings, and follow-up items.
  • Communicating regularly with homeowners, clients, consultants, and project team members.
  • Supporting community outreach and homeowner coordination activities.
  • Maintaining accurate project records, databases, and documentation.
  • Tracking project progress, outstanding items, and key deadlines.
  • Assisting with project planning, scheduling, and progress reporting.
  • Preparing correspondence, reports, meeting materials, and other project documentation.
  • Working closely with project managers and team members to identify and resolve issues that could affect project progress.
  • Supporting other project and administrative needs as they arise.

This position involves frequent interaction with homeowners and the public, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable building relationships, answering questions, navigating concerns, and communicating clearly and professionally.

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Six or more years of experience in project coordination, project support, community engagement, or a similar role.
  • Experience working directly with homeowners, clients, or members of the public.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on details.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with databases and project information systems.
  • Comfort learning and adapting to new technology and software.
  • Experience in an architecture, engineering, construction, or other professional services environment is preferred.
Where You'll Work

This position is based in our Burlington, Vermont office and may require limited domestic travel.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and be located in the Burlington area or willing to relocate. Preference may be given to local candidates.

What We Offer

The salary range for this position is $63,000–$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
