We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Permanent Resource Planner to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment where your input will have a direct impact on the company's efficiency and productivity. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources, predicting project needs, and optimizing scheduling to ensure the smooth and successful execution of all manufacturing processes.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement resource planning systems to optimize the allocation of human and material resources.
- Coordinate with different teams to understand resource requirements and schedule resources accordingly.
- Use Jira or similar project management tools to track project progress, manage resources, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Analyze data to identify trends, forecast future resource needs, and make informed decisions to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, and ensure that resources are allocated in a way that meets these needs.
- Monitor the utilization of resources and adjust plans as necessary to ensure optimal efficiency.
- Prepare and present reports on resource allocation and utilization to senior management.
- Continually review and improve resource planning processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in resource planning, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in Jira or similar project management tools is a must.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to continually review and improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
