Project Manager, Operations Manager

Coast and Harbor Associates, a Construction Manager Advisor (CMa), is seeking a Project Manager with experience in major renovations focused on structural, HVAC, electrical, and building envelope systems, managing Design-Build projects. This project is a Federal Building located in Saint Albans, VT.

• Oversee construction observation, contract management, and administrative support activities.
• Manage cost estimating, value engineering, and schedule management functions.
• Monitor building envelope repairs, MEP system upgrades, and associated construction options.
• Ensure project compliance with GSA PBS Core Building Standards.
• Ability to travel regularly to St. Albans, VT.

• Minimum 10 (?) years of project management experience on construction projects.
• Experience with major renovation Design-Build projects.
• Familiarity with federal projects, GSA facilities, or government construction contracts strongly preferred.
