Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take the lead on high-impact commercial and industrial builds from preconstruction to closeout. In this role, you will be the primary liaison between our firm, clients, and subcontractors, ensuring that large-scale projects are safely delivered on time and within budget. This position is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with experience managing ground-up multifamily, student housing, mixed-use, municipal, and other complex commercial projects!

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of progressive project management experience within the commercial or industrial construction industry.
• Experience with ground-up student housing, multifamily, mixed-use, higher education, commercial, or other complex commercial projects.
• Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera P6).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and construction management software.
• OSHA 30 and a valid Driver's License required. PMP or CCM certifications are highly preferred
• Education:
  
  Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
