Graphic Designer

Select Design is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our creative team on-site in Burlington, VT. This is an execution-focused role that sits between production and concept design.

The primary focus is supporting production needs, from artwork revisions and mechanical files to mockups and production-ready assets. Beyond production, this person will also support design and concept work, helping extend creative direction across merchandise, apparel, retail POS/POP, and other brand touchpoints.

We’re looking for a strong designer who is accurate, adaptable, and comfortable jumping in wherever the team needs support.

Production and execution are a core part of this role

Priorities will shift based on workload and team needs

You should be comfortable taking direction and independently owning clearly defined work

Strong design instincts and strong attention to detail are equally important

Portfolio required for consideration

This is an on-site role at our Burlington, VT headquarters

Create accurate production artwork, mechanical files, apparel setups, logo placements, artwork revisions, and instruction documents

Build elevated, client-ready product and environmental mockups

Extend established creative direction across additional products, applications, and deliverables

Support design projects, concept development, mood boards, inspiration decks, and trend research

Develop creative across merchandise, apparel, POS/POP displays, signage, Shopify, and other brand touchpoints

Collaborate with senior production artists, designers, and project leads

Step into projects as priorities, workloads, and team capacity shift

Take ownership of smaller projects from brief through final execution

Strong design instincts paired with excellent attention to detail

Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop

Experience preparing production-ready artwork for physical products, apparel, print, or similar applications

Ability to translate established creative direction into polished execution

Understanding of current trends across culture, fashion, merchandise, and retail

Comfortable moving between production, mockups, design execution, and concept support

Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt as priorities shift

Positive, collaborative, solutions-oriented approach

Working knowledge of AI tools and/or 3D design is a plus
