The role of a Client Solutions Specialist is crucial for maintaining and enhancing relationships with our client base. The specialist will manage a defined portfolio of client relationships, ensuring service commitments are met, resolving client issues, and driving account retention and growth. Operating as the consistent point of contact, you will advocate for client needs within GFI-Team Ikigai and strive for continuous improvement in our service delivery.

• Client Interaction: Engage with clients, respond to inquiries and manage complaint cases effectively.
• Account Reviews: Conduct regular account assessments to ensure alignment with client objectives and satisfaction.
• Growth Opportunities: Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling aligned with client needs.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and enhance client satisfaction.

• Enhance client satisfaction and trust, aiming for top-tier Net Promoter Scores (NPS) or customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Decrease client churn and achieve a high renewal rate for accounts annually.
• Grow account value through targeted service expansions and generate upsell/cross-sell revenue.
• Ensure operational reliability with 100% CRM accuracy in account records.

• Client Satisfaction: Maintain high CSAT and/or NPS scores for your accounts.
• Complaint Resolution Time: Minimize median time-to-resolution for complaints.
• Retention and Renewal: High percentage of portfolio retention and renewal rates.
• Revenue Growth: Track and achieve upsell/cross-sell revenue targets.

• Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining long‑term client relationships.
• Communication: Efficient communication with clients and internal teams.
• Problem Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
