Summer Seasonal
Provide general operational support for the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), the Office of Community-Engaged Learning (CELO), and the Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs. This role supports the effective delivery of faculty programs and initiatives through coordination of events and calendars, management of program communications, maintenance of databases and documentation, and logistical support for in-person, hybrid, and virtual activities.
Work closely with faculty, administrators, and external partners to ensure smooth operations, accurate recordkeeping, and timely communication across multiple academic units.
- Associate’s degree with one to three years of related experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent service orientation and ability to interact with diverse constituencies
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Competency in Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Share Point
- Familiarity with database software such as File Maker Pro
- Aptitude for learning software applications
- Effective written communication skills
- Web publishing skills, especially familiarity with Drupal
- Survey design using MS Forms and Qualtrics
- Familiarity with MS Teams and Bookings
- Basic video editing
