Early Ed Speech/Language Pathologists – Extended School Year Summer. Burlington School District is seeking Speech/Language Pathologists to provide supports in an inclusive summer pre‑school environment for young children ages 3-6. Speech Pathologists will provide services in the classroom, in small groups, and individually as assigned.
Job Requirements- Licensed or eligible for Vermont Educators License.
- Licensed in Speech/Language Pathology.
- Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Experience closely working with, providing direct instruction to, and case‑managing special education students.
- Experience supporting children with cognitive, language, ASD, adaptive, behavior and social emotional needs.
- Ability to commit to work all 3 program weeks.
- Experience working in a pre‑school classroom.
- Ability to train and supervise para‑educators.
- Experience in working with ELL students who have language development needs desirable.
- Knowledge of best practices in engaging and motivating students and managing student behaviors.
- Previous experience in Extended School Year programming preferred.

Jul 6, 2026 – Jul 24, 2026 (3 weeks)
Position Type:
Seasonal Part‑Time
Salary: up to $40 per Hour
