Job Description & How to Apply Below
On-site (multiple cities – see Requirements section); W2 Employee; $200K/yr.
What You Will Be Doing- Take ownership of the relationship with every family on campus—the evolving, strengthening connection that makes parents feel understood, not merely attended to.
- Identify concerns before they surface as discussions, and address them with discretion and interpersonal skill that preserves trust.
- Maintain visible presence where families gather: morning arrival, afternoon departure, evening parent gatherings, and periodic weekend programming.
- Create a campus community with authentic depth—programs, rituals, and interactions that make families feel they’re part of something worth safeguarding.
- Develop parent champions naturally, delivering experiences so reliably outstanding that referrals emerge as the expected result.
- Sustain ongoing dialogue about Alpha’s AI-driven approach with families managing screen time concerns, doubtful relatives, and periodic uncertainty—not only during enrollment, but across their entire campus experience.
- Recognize when a family isn’t aligned and navigate that situation with the same care you apply to everything else—preserving the community is integral to serving it.
- Establish the systems and cadences this position demands in a setting where the blueprint is still being developed.
- Overseeing enrollment—that falls within the Admissions Director’s scope; your work begins when families commit and deepens continuously.
- Operating from behind a desk—your visibility within the community defines the role.
- Maintaining standard 9–5 hours—early mornings, late afternoons, and evening programming are fundamental to the position.
- Expecting administrative infrastructure, established protocols, or a complete team—you function with significant autonomy and create what’s needed.
- Approaching family relationships as transactional accounts—this role rewards authentic engagement, not procedural adherence.
- Serve as the trusted anchor at the heart of every family’s Alpha experience. Maintain their confidence through challenging moments, foster a community where belonging feels substantial, and establish the environment where contented families become enthusiastic advocates.
- Currently living within commuting range of one of these campuses OR prepared to relocate within 60 days:

Greenwich, CT;
Boca Raton, FL;
Tampa, FL;
Boston, MA;
Bethesda, MD;
Charlotte, NC;

Oklahoma City, OK;
Tulsa, OK;
Nashville, TN;
Austin, TX;
Dallas, TX;
Fort Worth, TX;
Park City, UT;
Burlington, VT;
Kirkland, WA; or Jackson Hole, WY. - Authorized to work legally in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- 5+ years in a relationship-focused role serving high-net-worth or ultra-high-net-worth families—private school admissions, luxury hospitality, philanthropy, or any setting where discretion, warmth, and interpersonal fluency were equally important as competence.
- Proven capacity to maintain relationships through challenging situations with sophisticated families and exit with trust reinforced.
- Authentic presence and communication approach that builds confidence rapidly with affluent, high-expectation families—not refined in a manner that appears rehearsed.
- Direct familiarity with independent, private, or non-traditional education—through professional experience or as a parent—that provides credible standing when families challenge the model.
- Authentic conviction in AI-powered education and the capacity to sustain that belief genuinely throughout years of parent relationships, not exclusively during the enrollment phase.
- Availability for adaptable hours: early mornings, late afternoons, evening gatherings 2–3x/month, and occasional weekend programming.
- Established connections within the local affluent community that would provide an immediate, organic foundation on campus.
- Private school or independent school background with a history of family retention and community strength—not simply enrollment metrics.
- Experience managing high-stakes family relationships where judgment and confidentiality were the foundation of sustained trust.
- A talent for…
