Course Coordinator

Serve as the primary administrative and operational support for medical school courses, acting as a key liaison among students, faculty, residents, and academic leadership. Coordinate course activities, schedules, assessments, grading, and curriculum data management while ensuring compliance with academic policies, student accommodations, and FERPA requirements.
Provide logistical support for course delivery, maintain curriculum systems, track student progress and remediation plans, and collaborate with faculty and staff to ensure a high-quality educational experience for medical students.
- Bachelor's degree and one to three years related experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective math and computation skills, including knowledge of Excel.
- Effective organization and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently.
- Demonstrated ability to interact with a wide variety of people on sensitive issues.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and follow through on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
Pay Range: $25.50/hour - $27.00/hour
- A probationary period may be required.
- Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime).
- This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy.
