The ideal candidate is adaptable, collaborative, and motivated by results in a fast-paced, evolving environment. A competitive spirit, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and genuine enthusiasm for helping students find the right college fit are essential to success in this role.

  • Read, evaluate, and make admission recommendations on several hundred applications annually in accordance with College policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of high school visits, recruitment activities, and territory management efforts
  • Participate in departmental projects, initiatives, and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in college admissions or sales
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences including students, families, educators, and community partners
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
  • Proficiency with standard office technology and the ability to learn and effectively use CRM systems and other technology platforms
