Program Associate – Inclusive Entrepreneurship

The Program Associate supports the planning, coordination, administration, and delivery of Mercy Connections’ Inclusive Entrepreneurship Program. Working closely with the Director of Inclusive Entrepreneurship, this position helps ensure high-quality educational experiences for aspiring entrepreneurs by coordinating program logistics, supporting classroom instruction, maintaining participant engagement, and assisting with ongoing program development and evaluation.

This position combines program administration with entrepreneurship education support and is ideal for an early-career professional with foundational business knowledge who is interested in entrepreneurship, adult education, economic development, or nonprofit programming. The Program Associate will develop familiarity with Mercy Connections’ entrepreneurship curriculum and may serve as a substitute instructor or facilitate portions of programming as needed.
