We're seeking a proactive and experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and elevate our safety culture. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining programs that ensure a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace. You will partner closely with operations, leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and regulatory excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs in alignment with OSHA, EPA, and local regulations.
  • Lead incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across the facility.
  • Maintain required permits, reports, and documentation for environmental compliance.
  • Partner with leadership to drive a strong safety culture through training, coaching, and communication.
  • Deliver EHS training programs for employees, contractors, and managers.
  • Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics, trends, and performance outcomes.
  • Lead emergency response planning, drills, and readiness activities.
  • Evaluate new equipment, materials, and processes for safety and environmental impact.
  • Manage waste disposal, hazardous materials handling, and sustainability initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of EHS experience within [manufacturing / industrial / construction / etc.] environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT, and applicable state/local regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead EHS programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CSP, ASP, CHMM) are a plus.
