JR-Design Engineer-Verification; College Graduate

This New College Graduate (NCG) or Recent College Graduate (RCG) role is for individuals who have recently graduated or are graduating soon and are interested in building a career in hardware design verification.

• Review Design and RISC‑V Standard Specifications
• Develop Test Benches and Test Plans
• Create Tests and Debug Test Cases
• Achieve Coverage Closure
• Model, Flow and Methodology Development
• Perform all activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field with emphasis on Computer Architecture and VLSI Design
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and good academic standing
• Good understanding of Hardware Description Languages such as Verilog/System‑Verilog
• Background in IP Development/Verification and/or SOC Development/Verification processes
• Strong communication skills and ability to document processes and methodologies
• Fluent in English (written & verbal)
• Knowledge of UNIX OS and Assembly Programming
• Curiosity to learn new tools and languages

Preferred

• Prior related internship or co‑op experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience in workplace, school projects, or competitions
• Project management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity

$72,000.00 – $ (exact salary determined by qualifications, experience, and location)
