This New College Graduate (NCG) or Recent College Graduate (RCG) role is for individuals who have recently graduated or are graduating soon and are interested in building a career in hardware design verification.
Responsibilities- Review Design and RISC‑V Standard Specifications
- Develop Test Benches and Test Plans
- Create Tests and Debug Test Cases
- Achieve Coverage Closure
- Model, Flow and Methodology Development
- Perform all activities safely and support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field with emphasis on Computer Architecture and VLSI Design
- Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and good academic standing
- Good understanding of Hardware Description Languages such as Verilog/System‑Verilog
- Background in IP Development/Verification and/or SOC Development/Verification processes
- Strong communication skills and ability to document processes and methodologies
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Knowledge of UNIX OS and Assembly Programming
- Curiosity to learn new tools and languages
Preferred
- Prior related internship or co‑op experience
- Demonstrated leadership experience in workplace, school projects, or competitions
- Project management skills and ability to navigate ambiguity
$72,000.00 – $ (exact salary determined by qualifications, experience, and location)
