Burlington, Vermont - Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)

$160,000 - $190,000 + Product Training + Benefits + Healthcare + Relocation Support ($18K)

This highly respected technology company is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager to lead complex integrated hardware/software product development projects across electrical systems, embedded firmware, sensing technologies, and power interfacing systems.

You will lead systems engineering activities across the full product lifecycle including requirements management, systems architecture, verification, signal integrity, grounding and shielding strategies, risk analysis, and cross-functional technical delivery while mentoring and developing engineers within a collaborative and highly visible engineering environment.

The Role:

* Lead systems engineering across complex electrical, instrumentation, firmware, and embedded hardware products

* Provide hands-on technical leadership across power systems interfacing, signal conditioning, grounding, shielding, and noise mitigation challenges

* Own requirements management, systems verification, risk analysis, and technical design activities across the product lifecycle

* Mentor and lead engineers while driving engineering best practice and continuous improvement

The Person :

* Systems Engineering background with experience leading complex electrical or instrumentation product development

* Electrical Engineering experience within sensing systems, embedded hardware, power systems, or measurement technologies

* Background leading teams while remaining hands on in technical problem solving and system design
