The hourly base pay range for this position is $14.42 per hour.

- Eligibility depends on classification, length of employment, and hours worked. Seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for these benefits.
The cashier is responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while providing exceptional hospitality services to all guests in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner.
Essential Functions- Maintains a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, co‑workers, and clients; greets guests immediately and uses last names when appropriate.
20% - Maintains accuracy and composure while under pressure; uses proper phone etiquette.
15% - Assists guests with directions and inquiries; provides information about outlets, meeting rooms, amenities, and local attractions.
10% - Determines guest charges and processes payments via cash, credit, or direct billing; categorizes tickets for audit; collects and reconciles revenue; furnishes payment receipts.
20% - Completes accurate and timely shift reports; follows cash bank procedures; operates registers, gates, and credit card machines; gathers daily event and rate information.
20% - Completes all tasks in a timely manner as instructed by the Lead Cashier/Account Manager.

Qualifications- Education:
High school diploma or GED. - Experience:
One to three months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Knowledge:
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division); understanding of U.S. currency; ability to read and write standard English; comprehension of short instructions and memos; ability to present information to guests, clients, and employees in one‑on‑one and small group settings. - Other skills:
Understanding of 24‑hour and military time, and rates applicable to time passed.
Job is fairly routine; follows established practices and procedures; decisions made within specific operational instructions and departmental guidelines. Errors in judgment could affect department efficiency.
Working Conditions & Physical DemandsWork performed outdoors for extended periods; exposure to extreme heat and cold weather. Requires sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, running, handling objects, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally. Visual demands include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
