Burton Snowboards is seeking a Summit Guide to join a five-person leadership team. You will lead and coach five to ten Basecamp Guides, training them on Burton and Anon Optics policies while driving performance and customer satisfaction.
You will rotate as Summit on Duty, manage queues, and collaborate with the North American service manager. In off-season, you’ll handle customer contacts and push for process improvements.
