Mascoma Savings Bank is looking for a Commercial Portfolio Manager Team Lead to support our Commercial Lending team in Burlington, VT. In this role, you will partner closely with lenders, build strong client relationships, and provide financial analysis while leading a team of Portfolio Managers.
This position requires at least two years of relevant experience and is hybrid-remote with an expectation of in-person work 2-3 days a week. Exceptional client service and leadership skills are vital for success.
