• Provide supervision, clinical services, and program leadership in a fast-paced Opioid Treatment Program (OTP).
• Provide individual and group clinical supervision.
• Provide clinical services to patients receiving medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD).
• Provide clinical consultation.
• Perform clinical and/or administrative tasks, including monthly quality assurance reviews of electronic health records.
• In the absence of staff, coordinate individual and group backup coverage.
• Collaborate with other systems within Howard Center and our large community.
• Provide back-up for the Clinical Director in their absence.

• Master's degree in a mental health discipline.
• Clinical License required in Vermont.
• Strong managerial and clinical skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory and/or leadership experience.
• Experience providing substance use counseling and services to people with co-occurring disorders.
• Experience managing crisis situations.
• Driver's license and use of a personal vehicle.

• Starting at $63,929.58
