Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position.

Rotating shifts (Day/Evening) for 10 hours. Float required; weekends and on-call shifts are expected, including one night a week and one weekend every two weeks. Flexibility is a must.

The position is for a Certified Scrub Tech in an outpatient surgery setting, focusing on sports medicine, hand/foot surgery, eye surgery, urology, and plastics. The role requires collaboration in a dynamic environment and adherence to protocols within the operating room.

• Assist in various surgical procedures including ACL reconstruction, MCL procedures, and other outpatient surgeries.
• Prepare the operating room and ensure surgical instruments are sterile and readily available.
• Coordinate with the surgical team to maintain a smooth workflow during operations.
• Adhere to all clinical protocols and safety procedures to ensure patient safety.

• Certification from NBSTSA required; CNOR preferred.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Two years of experience in the operating room is mandatory.
• Prior travel experience is required.
