Join a leading addiction treatment provider as a Substance Use Counselor, supporting individuals on their recovery journey.
- Provide screening, assessment, treatment planning, individual and group counseling, case management, and education as part of the Clinical Services Team.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to motivate clients and address barriers to treatment.
- Full-time position with competitive pay ($24-$28/hr) and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, life insurance, retirement, PTO, and professional development.
- Requires a Bachelor's degree, Vermont LADC or equivalent certification, and at least 1 year of addiction counseling experience. Preferred experience includes mental health/addiction services (3+ years).
- Position based in Wallingford, VT, requiring reliable commute or relocation before starting.
- Schedule:
Day shifts, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends; in-person work environment.
