Overview
The Unit Assistant is a multi-skilled position that combines elements from both the Licensed Nursing Assistant and the Unit Secretary, and is responsible for specific aspects of direct/indirect care under the direct supervision of the Registered Nurse, and for the secretarial aspects of the nursing unit.
QualificationsEducation: High School diploma or equivalent required. Nursing Assistant licensure from the State of Vermont required.
ExperiencePrevious health care experience preferred. Prior in-hospital/inpatient experience preferred.
