Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part Time and Full Time Positions Available Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Burlington Health & Rehabilitation Center in Burlington, Vermont. As a CNA, you will provide supportive services to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, and performing duties as assigned. • Provide supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff as needed and perform duties as assigned.
• Assist residents with or perform activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, in accordance with care plans and established policies and procedures.
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheelchairs, lifts, etc.
• Coordinate dining room services at assigned mealtimes, including set‑up and clean‑up, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and documentation of meal intake.
• Deliver nutritional supplements to residents at assigned times and provide assistance as necessary to ensure intake; document intake accordingly.
• Assist with weighing residents according to facility policy and record weight in designated locations; report weight changes to nurse and supervisor.

• Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have no disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• At least one year of experience as a certified nursing assistant in long‑term care.
