Support Every Surgery
As a Sterile Processing Tech
, you ensure surgical instruments are cleaned, sterilized, and ready — playing a vital role in safe patient care.
Incentives & Pay
- Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus (subject to taxes, terms, change)
- $22.28–$35.10/hour (based on experience)
- Shift Differentials: Evenings +$2.75 | Nights +$6.50 | Weekends +$3.50
- Multiple shifts available to submit for once oriented (days, evenings, nights)
- Full benefits: medical, dental, vision, PTO, 403(b), tuition + pet insurance
- Parking: garage (evenings/nights/weekends) | shuttle (days)

- Clean, inspect, assemble, and sterilize instruments
- Operate autoclaves and washer/disinfectors
- Prepare surgical case carts
- Follow strict infection prevention standards
- Sterile Processing / SPD / Central Sterile experience (required)
- CRCST or CSPDT certification (required)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, team-focused
