Shift: 8-hour days, Monday through Friday; no on-call and no weekend requirements

Setting: travel assignment in a hospital environment focusing on outpatient cardiac device management

• Setting: outpatient cardiac device clinic support within electrophysiology care
• EPIC experience within the last 2 years required

• Provide clinical RN support in an outpatient Cardiac Device/CRM clinic, with independent technical management of implanted devices (pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators, implanted loop recorders)
• Perform device interrogation, programming adjustments, troubleshooting, and coordination of follow-up care in collaboration with the electrophysiology team
• Monitor patient status, review device data, respond to device alerts, and document findings in the electronic medical record
• Educate patients about device function, infection prevention, and post-procedure care; ensure safety and quality standards are met
• Maintain compliance with evidence-based protocols and institutional policies; participate in team rounding and care coordination
• Utilize BLS-certified clinical skills and maintain cardiology knowledge, including cardiovascular physiology and rhythm management

• Active registered nurse license on file at submission
• BLS certification required
• Pacemaker/ICD Technician program or equivalent job experience required
• EPIC experience within the last 2 years
• Knowledge of cardiac rhythm management, cardiac devices, and cardiovascular physiology
• Ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting, with Monday–Friday daytime hours
